I see a photo comparison of Nikon vs Canon?
Does anyone know where I can find a comparison of photographs taken with a Nikon and Canon. I would like to see the same image taken with a Nikon and then with the Canon. I have a D40 (Nikon), but I am concerned about image quality. Any which advice on how to take better pictures?
I'd be very surprised if anyone can look at a picture and say if it was taken with a Nikon or Canon. If you could send a picture or describe what you see, it would help. A couple of technical things that I think is important and that people - especially users of a new digital SLR camera - should know. Make sure your point autofocus is on the subject. If a person, I prefer the automatic focus point is in one of his eyes. Nothing makes a picture look worse than the eyes of the development. The general rule is that the slowest speed shutter you can keep on hand a length camera (s 1/focal - if the shooting of his shooting 90mm is 1 / 90 seconds or faster. 1 / 125 shutter speed is faster). I'm beginning to think that - at least initially - people should be quicker to pull the shutter of the golden rule. DSLR has a great advantage on the film in the ISO. You load a roll of film in a framework of ISO - ISO can change all the images. Most devices are good through ISO 400, some cameras well through ISO 800, and some very expensive are solid above. Shoot to be too high ISO can ruin a good image. Again, if you have something to do or can not describe, you may get something more useful! Good luck
