Mounting the camera on my telescope? Astro?
I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W1 Digital Camera, and I have a telescope Apex 102mm Mak Orion series. I want to be able to take pictures of what I see. I saw the universal mounting SteadyPix House. You do not know if a good buy or not? What is my best way to get good images of what I see?
Hello. Bright objects like the Moon can make use of photography afocul simply keep the camera lens in front of a telescope and take a shot. The positioning of the camera will focus better (lighter) images. There are devices that allow making the telescope directly from the camera to adapt to the probe. Depends on what you spend and what you pull.
